1. The Taman Rakyat Klang

Located near Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. With the address Jalan Tun Dr Ismail Taman Sri Andalas, Klang 41200 Malaysia. Built with a concept of 'Taman Untuk Semua' which means garden for all. The main attraction of this park is the formal garden reflexology site, remote viewing huts, forest trails, and jogging tracks. This park is often visited by locals for a casual hang-out place. Many come to this park to take a stroll and exercise. With built jogging tracks of a 3.1 mile or 7,000-step, This route has an elevation gain of about 216.5 ft and is rated as easy, it is perfect for morning joggers. It is a place to go to when wanting a view of greenery and to take a breath of fresh air. There are many more exercises that can be done in this park such as Zumba, tai chi, cha-cha, yoga, and mountain tracks.

2. Taman Pengkalan Batu


Taman Pangkalan Batu is a park located in the heart of Klang and the border between North Klang and South Klang. Located in Klang River Back. This park with an area of 5.3 acres. The park is suitable for recreational sessions and book reading activities with friends and family. This park was built with many Facilities and equipment for exercises. There is also a fishing deck available. It’s a place to relax because there Gazebo/endowment available and it’s kid-friendly because it is provided with children's toys. The location of this park next to the Klang River allows visitors to enjoy the view of the City Mosque of the King of Klang. There are also restaurants, rest huts, and exercise areas built for community convenience.

3. Bandar Botanic Park

Bandar Botanic was conceived as a waterfront-parkland in conjunction with a township development under Gamuda with involvement of the resident representatives Bandar Botanic Residents Association (BBRA) and Klang Municipal Council (MPK).

Bandar Botanic’s Botanic West is a 70-acre botanical parkland area and a 2-km lake that encompasses a wide area of verdant greens, tree-lined boulevards and various thematic gardens that include a topiary garden, children’s island, sundial garden, alphabet garden, and culinary garden. It also has fun water cascades. Other features include an amphitheatre, flower bridge, waterwheel, flower tunnel, gazebos and floating boardwalk (Gamuda Land, n.d.).
The Botanic East offers a 100-acre waterfront-parkland surrounded with a myriad of gardens with names such as Crescent Lake, Rainbow Lake, Children's Island, Floating Garden, Ribbon Lake, Pocket Garden, Meandering Creek, and Hanami Garden, each themed feature adds its own distinct spice to make this serene urban oasis a unique experience (Gamuda Land, n.d.). In 2004, the Central Lake and Park, received the prestigious Malaysia National Landscape Award 2004 under the City Garden category.
